A New Day

As of Sunday my committments to my ball teams have ended. It is bittersweeet. I really do hate saying good bye to them, all 26 kids are special to me. Everyone of them made leaps and bounds this year......the party was fun and all of the kids walk around so proud with their medals on their chest....way too cute.

We announced that we are not caring for a younger team and opened up the opportunity to anyone who is interested in taking it over with my help extended to them the first year. Haven't heard from any takers yet.

This week has us planning for our last weekend of camping...the campground is having a yard sale, each camper brings their own items and you sell them at your campsite. Last year we sold $85 worth - not bad. I already have a truck full of items....I informed my daughter that anything that belongs to her that sells is her money....she has been loading up the boxes of items to sell - SCORE! Mama is one smart cookie.....yee haw!

Although she is looking forward to buying items at the yard sale as well. Oye!
