My neck! My neck!
I rolled over this morning to turn off the alarm and just about cried, I did cry out in pain, my next hurts, both sides, down my arm to my elbows.
Sharp shooting pain!
I can't move to the right or left, I can't move quickly, I basically can't move at all.
I brushed my teeth with my magic bag on my neck this morning.
My DD put my socks on. OMG! The pain.
I have taken some Advil but it is so painful.
What a bummer! This is no way to start hump day! *groan*
